To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required and is to be emailed to us.
In order to receive a refund, the item(s) must first be returned, and within 14 days of receipt.

How do I return a damaged product?
At Pookie Dumplings, we handle all our products with care however, in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged please accept our sincere apologies.
Please contact us within 7 days upon receipt of your order.
Please do not proceed to return anything until you have received a response from our admin team at info@neo-native.com.
Please note, we may ask you to provide the following:
- Images of the item(s) depicting the damage
- Image(s) of packaging
- Image/copy of the delivery note
On receipt and review of the requested information, we will respond and detail how to return item(s) and gain a refund if deemed appropriate.
How will I be refunded?
Amounts will be refunded to your original payment method.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of returns however, it can take up to 30 days to appear on your credit card statement.
The cost of returning damaged or faulty items will be refunded to you, but this needs to be agreed in advance of return and proof of cost of postage will be required.

At Neo Native Ltd, we do our best to ensure that all of our customers have an excellent shopping experience with us.
All our products are shipped using Royal Mail.
How much does delivery cost?
Postage and packaging is at a flat rate of £3.50 UK only (for 1 to 3 books maximum).

Other countries’ postage costs will be calculated at check out.

When will my order arrive?
Our dispatch team works hard to ensure that your orders are fulfilled as promptly as possible.
Once your order has been submitted and payment received we will begin processing your order.
Processing can take up to 48 hours.
Delivery in the UK can take up to 3 to 5 working days. This excludes Sundays or public holidays. During busy periods packages may experience a delay in arrival.
Please note that expected delivery dates are estimates.
What happens if my package doesn’t arrive?
If your package doesn’t arrive, please contact info@neo-native.com immediately.
We will contact our delivery partner to check the status of the delivery as it may just be delayed.
If it has been confirmed that the item is lost, we will be happy to offer you a replacement.
What if my package gets damaged during delivery?
If you notice your ordered item(s) has been damaged upon arrival, please report the damage to info@neo-native.com within 7 days of receipt and a member of our customer service team will assist you in resolving the issue.
Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us.
Where do you ship to?
Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom, US, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
However, if you reside outside of the United Kingdom and would like to purchase a book, please contact info@neo-native.com.
Please note, we also do not deliver directly to PO BOX or Parcel locker addresses. Packages cannot be tracked at these drop-off points and we want to ensure your items are delivered directly and received by you.
